THE BOX OF MYSTERY!

A closed box is brought out and a random three or four digit number is chosen by the audience.  One of the digits is chosen by someone and

the box is opened.  The magician reaches in and brings out a grocery receipt with nine items printed on it.  The chosen item is picked and the 

performer produces that item from the box.  It is noted that the total of the receipt matches the random number!
